Science is Really Cooking Now!

A facilitator guides a cooking project that families do while discussing the science involved! Why does the chocolate melt when it gets hot and harden when it cools? What happens when I mix these two ingredients? This session illustrates the science involved in one of our daily activities at home. (A supply fee will be charged for more than 25 participants.)
